Built from traditional Tuscan stone, the property has been exceptionally well restored, retaining many of its original features. This is the perfect property for couples traveling together or for a small family group.
Access to the property is via a flight of stairs, located at the back of the property. The stairwell is glass topped which allows light to flood through the internal doors and windows into the apartments. The front door opens directly into the lounge/kitchen/diner with its handmade terracotta tiled flooring and traditional tiled and beamed high ceilings throughout.
The modern fully furnished kitchen is built along one wall and has an oven, gas hobs, fridge with freezer section and a dishwasher. The dark wooden dining table and chairs are also located at this end of the room.
